Task List for After building cleaning:

Kitchen

• Remove cobweb
• Clean all windows & window sills (from inside only), doors and all frames
• Clean all skirting boards, doors & door frames
• Clean all sockets, switches, light fixtures, vents and fans (if requested)
• Clean inside and outside (if requested) all kitchen cupboards and drawers
• Clean sinks/stovetops, remove lime scale and polish where necessary
• Wall tiles (splash-back) to be degreased, cleaned and polished
• Clean and remove grime from extractor
• *If you request we can clean exterior face of all kitchen appliances for additional charge.This include: fridge / freezer(must be defrosted first), oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave ,etc. inside and out.
• Clean hard floors. Hoover carpet floors
• * Clean oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome
• * Natural stone restoration, seal & maintenance, if requested
• * Concrete restoration, sealing and maintenance, if requested
• * Tile floor and grout restoration, if requested 

Bathroom / Toilet

• Remove cobweb
• Clean all windows & window sills (from inside only), doors and all frames
• Wipeall light fixtures, switches vents and fans (if requested)
• Wipeall skirting and doors
• Wall tiles degreased, cleaned and polished
• Bathtub, hand-wash basin, taps, shower /screen and fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled, dried and polished
• Toilet to be de-scaled and brushed clean. Seat to be cleaned and disinfected
• All soap and shampoo etc. to be removed
• Mirrors to be cleaned and polished
• Clean exterior/interior face of allbathroomappliances and fittings
• Clean hard floors. Hoover carpet floors
• *  Natural stone restoration, seal & maintenance, if requested
• *  Concrete restoration, sealing and maintenance, if requested
• *  Tile floor and grout restoration, if requested

General areas

• Remove cobweb
• Clean all windows, window sills and frames from inside only
• Wipe doors and door frames
• Dusting throughout, including: sockets, light fittings and shades, light switches, skirting, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators
• Drawers and shelves to be cleared of any rubbish (newspapers and magazines etc. ) and telephone directories to be kept and stored neatly (if pre/post/end of tenancy cleaning requested)
• All glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc) to be cleaned with window cleaner, (if requested)
• Upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath (if requested)
• All wooden furniture to be carefully cleared of dust and polished, (if requested)
• Clean hard floors. Hoover carpet floors
• * Natural stone restoration, seal & maintenance, if requested
• * Concrete restoration, sealing and maintenance, if requested
• * Tile floor and grout restoration, if requested

* Please note that we do not wash or clean the exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages.

Carpet steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning and curtain cleaning are not included but could be arranged on request.
